The only approval that matters

The only one whose approval you should truly care about is Yahweh our Heavenly Father’s approval.

Even if somehow you rise to fame and become popular and liked in the world, their opinion of you can and oftentimes does change. If the opinion of the masses about you doesn’t change in your lifetime, people will talk and gossip after you’re dead. Those who don’t know you won’t have any clue whether what they say about you is true or not, and you will not be there to defend yourself. The fleeting fame and validation of the world is too small a thing to live for.

It would be better to be great in the eyes of Yahweh and the lowliest unknown in the world than to be the most famous immoral person who is cast out of the Kingdom and whose bad influence causes others to stumble.
