Are you willing to be a fool?
I recently heard the testimony of Keith Green, and what really stood out to me was his self-imposed question.
Am I willing to be “a fool for Messiah”?
(Paraphrasing his question in my own words)
Once he could answer “yes” to this question, then he became a believer. Prior to his turning point, he couldn’t and wouldn’t say “yes.”
Perhaps the reason this question is important, is because once you can say “yes” then you’ve surrendered to the Messiah—and that is the point at which you can be reborn and He can work in and through you.
