More valid, not less

The fact that I don’t fully understand everything in the Bible right now makes it more valid, not less.

If one could understand it all easily, it would be suspect that it was written by mere men instead of by the inspiration of Yahweh.

We know from Scripture that spiritual things must be discerned spiritually, and the Bible is a spiritual book.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of Yahweh: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 2:14

We cannot approach the Bible in the same way that we would a normal book. In many ways, the Bible has layer upon layer of wisdom, and we must prayerfully search it out and let Yahweh show us the meaning.
